Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hybrid vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hybrid systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Overhaul engines, transmissions, and other key components as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance repair techniques and improve service efficiency.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in hybrid vehicle technology and repair practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a mechanic, preferably with hybrid vehicles.
- ASE certification in hybrid vehicle technology is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to hybrid vehicles.
- Strong understanding of hybrid engine systems and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
