Job Brief
As a Human Services Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in accessing essential social and community services. Responsibilities

- Provide support and guidance to clients and families in rehabilitation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services provided.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate interventions.
- Facilitate workshops and support groups to promote community awareness and engagement.
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations affecting human services and client care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in human services, social work, or a related area preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and service providers.
- Knowledge of community resources and social service programs.
- Proficient in record-keeping and case management software.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
