Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on heat-treating machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Record and report production data, including cycle times and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to enhance skills and knowledge in heat treatment processes.
- Learn to interpret heat treatment specifications and adjust processes accordingly.
- Participate in quality control inspections of treated materials.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or metallurgy is a plus.
- Basic understanding of heat treatment processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods.
