Responsibilities

- Take precise ear impressions for custom ear mold preparation.
- Design and modify ear molds to ensure optimal comfort and performance.
- Educate customers on the proper use and care of hearing aids.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for hearing aid users.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and device fittings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hearing aid technology preferred.
- Proven experience as a Hearing Aid Technician or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of hearing aid technology and audiometric testing procedures.
- Ability to take ear impressions and create custom ear molds.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hearing aid fitting software and tools.
- State licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
