Responsibilities
- Operate hay stacking equipment and machinery to efficiently stack and transport hay bales.
- Assist in agricultural activities including tilling soil, planting, and harvesting crops.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and adjust machinery settings during operation to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform post-harvest tasks such as husking, shelling, threshing, and ginning as required.
- Assist in feeding and herding livestock, including managing animal waste removal.
Requirements

- Proven experience operating agricultural machinery, particularly hay stackers.
