Job Brief
As a Harvest Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of agricultural, forestry, aquacultural, and related workers to ensure efficient and productive harvest operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and experience in agricultural management. You will be responsible for planning and executing harvest schedules, managing labor resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of harvest activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with agricultural workers and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement harvest plans based on crop schedules and weather conditions.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of harvested products to meet industry standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Harvest Manager or in a similar supervisory role within agriculture or forestry.
- In-depth knowledge of crop production, harvesting techniques, and equipment operation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in agricultural environments.
- Relevant certifications in agricultural management or related fields is a plus.
- Proficient in data management and reporting tools for tracking harvest metrics.
