Responsibilities

  • Officiate sporting events by enforcing rules and regulations.
  • Assess and detect rule infractions, making unbiased decisions on penalties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sport-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, coaches, and team personnel regarding decisions.
  • Document incidents and decisions in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with other officials to ensure consistent application of rules.
  • Stay composed and authoritative in high-pressure situations.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance officiating skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a referee, judge, or official in competitive sports.
