Job Brief
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience at our hotel, apartment, or office building. Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to housekeeping and maintenance.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices and operational procedures.
- Manage guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a guest services or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in guest management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
