  • Train and mentor staff on customer service best practices and operational procedures.
  • Manage guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a guest services or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
