Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Assist golfers by carrying and managing their golf bags throughout the course.
- Provide players with insights on course conditions, hole distances, and club selection.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of golf etiquette and rules to ensure a smooth playing experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with players and addressing their needs.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf course and caddy area.
- Support the golf facility by setting up and taking down equipment as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of golf techniques and customer service skills.
- Assist in scheduling tee times and managing player flow on the course.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a golf caddy or in a related recreational role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with players and staff.
- Ability to walk long distances and carry heavy bags for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of golf equipment and its maintenance.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
