Responsibilities

- Deliver tickets to passengers and assist with customer inquiries.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or travel is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or transportation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and handling ticketing processes.
- Basic knowledge of travel regulations and customer service best practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
