Responsibilities
- Monitor live gaming operations through surveillance cameras to detect and prevent cheating and theft.
- Conduct thorough investigations of suspicious activities and incidents affecting gambling assets.
- Collaborate with management to implement surveillance protocols and improve security measures.
- Prepare detailed reports of surveillance findings and incidents for review and action.
- Respond promptly to alerts and security breaches, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for identifying suspicious behavior.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies related to surveillance operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a surveillance role, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and technology, including CCTV and monitoring software.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make quick, informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.
- Certification in gaming surveillance or security is preferred.
