As a Fundraising Officer, you will play a critical role in generating financial support for our organization through strategic fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
- Conduct research to identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to promote fundraising campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising efforts, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of fundraising activities with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fundraising, development, or related roles within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current fundraising trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and donor meetings.
