As a Fryline Attendant, you will play a vital role in a fast-paced fast food environment, responsible for preparing and cooking menu items using specialized equipment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
  • Operate and maintain large-volume cooking equipment, including fryers, grills, and ovens.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and handling.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection.
  • Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume service periods efficiently.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance cooking skills and knowledge of menu items.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a fast food or restaurant kitchen environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning food.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) is desirable but not required.
