Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in food safety research and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
- Experience with laboratory equipment and food analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and data interpretation.
