Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in food safety research and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., FDA, HACCP).
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and food analysis techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
