Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong analytical skills for financial management and reporting.
- Certifications in food safety and alcohol service preferred.
