Responsibilities

- Maintain and operate flight simulation equipment, ensuring functionality and accuracy of the simulation experience.
- Stay updated on the latest aviation regulations, technologies, and instructional techniques to enhance training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other instructors and aviation personnel to ensure a cohesive training environment.
- Prepare and maintain training documentation, including lesson plans and student performance records.
- Facilitate ground school instruction, covering theoretical knowledge necessary for flight operations.
Requirements
- Valid FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) or equivalent certification from a recognized aviation authority.
- Extensive knowledge of flight operations, aircraft systems, and aviation regulations.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in flight training or a related aviation field.
- Proficient in the use of flight simulation software and training technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Ability to assess and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
