Responsibilities

- Dispatch aircraft in a timely manner, ensuring all pre-flight checks are completed.
- Maintain accurate flight records, including logs of takeoffs, landings, and any incidents.
- Analyze and interpret weather data to provide flight crews with essential information.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to address any operational issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards in all flight operations.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in flight operations or air traffic coordination.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airfield operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination.
- Proficiency in using flight planning and tracking software.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Certification in Air Traffic Control or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with safety management systems and procedures.
