Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up molds for fiberglass lamination processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fiberglass Boat Builder or in a similar role within the marine industry.
- Strong knowledge of fiberglass lamination techniques and composite materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fiberglass manufacturing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in fiberglass construction preferred.
