Job Brief
The Family Service Center Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of a social service program or community outreach organization. Responsibilities

- Direct and supervise social workers, counselors, and support staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes, utilizing data to inform improvements and best practices.
- Foster partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and government agencies to expand service reach.
- Conduct staff training and professional development to enhance team capabilities and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards within the social service sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in program development, budget management, and policy formulation.
- Strong knowledge of community resources, social service programs, and funding mechanisms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support program improvement.
- Certification in social work or relevant licensure preferred.
- Proficient in using technology and software for program management and reporting.
