Job Brief
As a Facialist, you will provide expert skincare treatments for the face and body, enhancing the aesthetic appearance of clients through customized facials, peels, and other skin therapies. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive skin assessments to determine appropriate treatments and services.
- Administer various facial treatments, including deep-cleansing facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Provide body treatments, such as exfoliation and hydration therapies.
- Advise clients on skincare regimens and product selection tailored to their specific skin types.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to enhance service offerings.
- Manage client records and appointments efficiently using scheduling software.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals, such as estheticians and makeup artists, to provide comprehensive services.
Requirements
- Valid esthetician or skincare specialist license as per state regulations.
- Proven experience as a Facialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments, including knowledge of lasers and electrolysis.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and recommend personalized skincare solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ongoing education and certifications in advanced skincare techniques are a plus.
