Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Evaporative Cooler Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of evaporative cooling systems and other HVAC equipment. Responsibilities
- Install and configure evaporative coolers and related HVAC systems according to industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on evaporative cooling units and other HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with cooling systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installation and repair activities.
- Prepare detailed reports on work completed, including any necessary recommendations for future maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
- Valid HVAC certification or state license required.
- Proven experience as an evaporative cooler installer or in a similar HVAC role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including evaporative coolers, air conditioning units, and heating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
