- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Manage appointment schedules and client records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments and hair removal techniques.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with skincare products and the ability to make suitable recommendations.
- Certification in laser hair removal or electrology is a plus.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in esthetics.
