Job Brief

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering research and management roles.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in project management, with proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in engineering research.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
