Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in HRIS and employee relations software tools.
