- Conduct investigations related to employee grievances and workplace incidents, ensuring fair and thorough processes.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address employee performance issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on employee relations best practices and compliance with labor laws.
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Work closely with HR teams to support talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are highly desirable.
- Proficient in HRIS and employee relations software tools.
