Responsibilities

- Develop engaging training materials using various instructional methods, including e-learning and workshops.

- Collaborate with department leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in employee development and training.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress for reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Employee Development Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for training improvements.
- Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
