  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff and engage students.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive school improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of current educational trends, curriculum development, and instructional strategies.
  • Experience with budgeting and resource management in an educational context.
