The Electronic Systems Security Assessment Superintendent oversees the security evaluation of electronic systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough security assessments and audits of electronic systems to identify vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard electronic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in electronic systems security.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on security findings and recommendations for management.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to enhance security measures.
- Act as a liaison between management and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and security initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic systems security or related roles.
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing security projects.
- In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
