Job Brief

As an Electronic Semiconductor Processor, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing of electronic semiconductors. Your primary responsibilities will include loading semiconductor materials into furnaces, managing the sawing of formed ingots, and overseeing the crystal growing process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, demonstrate technical proficiency, and have the ability to operate specialized equipment while ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Load semiconductor materials into furnaces and maintain optimal operating conditions.
  • Cut formed ingots into segments using precision sawing techniques.
  • Load individual segments into crystal growing chambers, monitoring controls to ensure proper growth.
  • Utilize x-ray equipment to locate crystal axes in ingots and accurately saw ingots into wafers.
  • Clean, polish, and load wafers into a series of specialized furnaces and chemical baths.
  • Operate equipment to form circuitry and modify conductive properties of semiconductor materials.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in semiconductor processing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with crystal growth processes and semiconductor fabrication techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
