Responsibilities

- Conduct regular checks of the premises to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Handle lost and found inquiries by searching for and returning lost articles.
- Respond promptly to patron inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with parking to ensure a smooth entry and exit process.
- Support event setup and teardown as needed, including setting up screen equipment and seating arrangements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service is preferred.
