Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access.
- Assist with food prep by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying management of low stock.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service and operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
