Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in student services or higher education administration.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse student population.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in student services and higher education.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic initiatives based on findings.
