Job Brief

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a focus on cost management and supplier relations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Expertise in supply chain management software and procurement tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market conditions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Relevant certifications, such as CPSM or CPM, are a plus.
