Job Brief
As a Digital Retoucher, you will be responsible for enhancing and manipulating photographic images from digital media to meet high aesthetic standards. Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch digital images to enhance quality, color, and composition.
- Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and detailed retouching on photographic images.
- Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality results.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a consistent workflow.
- Utilize advanced digital imaging software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to execute retouching tasks effectively.
- Maintain organized files and ensure proper digital asset management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in digital retouching and photography.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Retoucher or similar role in photography and digital imaging.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and photographic techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Experience with various file formats (JPEG, TIFF, RAW) and digital asset management.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work and retouching projects is preferred.
