Job Brief
As a Dictaphone Typist, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing recorded audio into written documents using various typing devices such as word processors, computers, or typewriters. Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio recordings into clear and accurate written documents.

- Review and edit drafts for clarity, grammar, and punctuation.
- Maintain organized records of documents and files for easy retrieval.
- Perform additional clerical duties as necessary to support the administrative team.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dictaphone Typist or in a similar transcription role.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficient in using word processing software, such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various audio recording formats is preferred.
