Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control, merchandising standards, and visual presentation to maximize sales.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department supervisors and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the store environment.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance store visibility.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on store profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Department Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
