Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Delicatessen Department Manager to oversee and coordinate activities in our deli department. Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of deli staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, analyzing financial reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delicatessen Manager, Department Manager, or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on staff training and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
