Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Slice a variety of meats, cheeses, and other deli products to customer specifications.
- Prepare cold food items, including salads, sandwiches, and seafood dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing exceptional service and knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering of supplies as needed.
- Operate deli equipment, including slicers, scales, and coffee brewing machines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and food quality.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; food service experience preferred.
- Proven experience in food preparation and customer service roles.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to operate deli equipment, including slicers and scales.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
