Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to debone meat, poultry, and seafood efficiently and accurately.
- Trim excess fat and remove any undesirable parts to meet quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations throughout the deboning process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking product yields and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in meat processing techniques.
Requirements
- Previous experience in deboning, butchery, or meat processing preferred.
- Knowledge of safe handling practices and food hygiene standards.
