Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting into the system.
- Prepare materials for printing and ensure high-quality output.
- Operate data entry equipment, including keyboards and other data processing devices.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
