Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a dairy bar or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage staff schedules and resolve conflicts.
