Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience in a laboratory setting focused on food microbiology or dairy products.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including microbial culture, PCR, and spectroscopy.
- Ability to analyze data using statistical software and interpret results effectively.
