Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.

- Document work processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on tasks.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior operators in welding and cutting techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cutting Torch Operator or similar role in metal fabrication.
- Proficient in using hand-welding, flame-cutting, hand-soldering, and brazing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in welding or fabrication preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy machinery and materials.
