Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of educational standards, assessment practices, and instructional methodologies.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into curriculum design and instructional practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators and stakeholders.
- Experience in teacher training and professional development facilitation.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess curriculum effectiveness.
- Certification in curriculum and instruction or educational leadership is preferred.
