  • Provide excellent customer service to the public, answering inquiries regarding court processes and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in legal studies or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within a legal or governmental context.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with judges, attorneys, and the public.
  • Knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
