Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Compose clear and professional letters and electronic correspondence in response to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Gather and analyze relevant data to formulate accurate replies to merchandise and service-related issues.
  • Address damage claims, credit issues, delinquent accounts, and incorrect billings effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of written communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Correspondence Transcriber or in a similar writing-focused role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar word processing software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
