Responsibilities

- Assess client needs and preferences to create customized travel itineraries.
- Research and recommend destinations, travel dates, and accommodations that suit client requirements.
- Provide detailed information on travel packages, including tour options and pricing.
- Resolve travel-related issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, travel regulations, and market conditions.
- Manage travel bookings and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and travel partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate travel management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of travel booking systems and travel management software.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of global travel regulations and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in travel management or related areas are a plus.
