Job Brief

The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills and improve overall organizational performance. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials and programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations to diverse employee groups.
  • Assess training effectiveness using feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and create solutions.
  • Facilitate ongoing professional development through coaching and mentoring.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning approaches.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate training.
  • Prepare and maintain training documentation, reports, and records for compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar training role.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Certifications in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
