As a Corporate Counsel, you will represent clients in various legal proceedings, including civil and criminal litigation. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation, managing all aspects of the legal process.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license and ability to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance regulations, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
