Job Brief

As a Corporate Counsel, you will represent clients in various legal proceedings, including civil and criminal litigation. Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in civil and criminal litigation, managing all aspects of the legal process.

  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support client interests.
  • Advise clients on regulatory matters and help navigate the complexities of corporate law.

  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive guidance.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar license and ability to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate law, litigation, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance regulations, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
