Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all contract administration activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure favorable terms.
- Review and process contract modifications, amendments, and renewals in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on contract management processes and policies.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform future purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Procurement Manager, or similar role in contract management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and contracting principles, processes, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are a plus.
