Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Adult Learning, or a related field; doctoral degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in educational program management or administrative leadership.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proven track record in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and compliance standards in education.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize metrics for program improvement.
